This is the "Classic" map, version in other words, the map R * form made back in 2002. Only the palms are updated and some textures. If you want to have current assets (such as models and textures) you should check out the other mod Vice City in the Maps section. Installation:
Removing the MOD in the fivem folder, make sure that the folder structure is as follows: fivem \ usermaps \ vc
Load with the command: Invoke-LevelLoad vc (press ~, or the equivalent of this key to another keyboard layout to open the console)
